How It Started
Bright Property Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. was established in 2017 and is a subsidiary of Country Garden Services. It is the first property management company in Malaysia with more than 3,000 employees. The management area of BPS exceeds 3,425 acres and the number of units under management exceeds 50,000 units. The scope of management includes high-end apartments, residences, office buildings, industrial parks, schools, highways, customs, golf courses, etc.
